Our Story
I’m a third-generation Portlander who grew up in my grandparents’ home in the Rose City Park neighborhood on Portland’s northeast side. After graduating from Grant High School in 2011, I spent the next six years working a variety of construction jobs, with most of my experience focused on carpentry and painting.
During that time, I met and fell in love with my future wife, Chelsea. She had recently moved to Portland from Sacramento and was working as a real estate agent. It didn’t take long for us to realize that many of Chelsea’s clients needed help with painting and carpentry repairs to prepare their homes for sale.
By 2017, we had built up enough of a client base to stop working on the side and officially launch our company full time. With my background in construction and Chelsea’s experience in real estate, running a business centered on helping homeowners care for and improve their homes felt like a natural fit—and we haven’t looked back since.
Over the years, our business has continued to grow. In 2020, Chelsea and I got married, and three years later we welcomed our son, Charlie. While balancing a growing business and a young family has come with its challenges, our passion for learning, growing, and helping our neighbors maintain their homes continues to drive everything we do.
